I've lost my colour pencils box.
For months, my eyes wear down against landscapes made as charcoal drawings on which one would have drawn a rain curtain, on monochrome pictures that bring out in negative film. Instead of that, my eyes dream of living colours and shining mixtures, of blue for a resting sky, of green which makes coming alive again bare and sensitive to the cold trees, of yellow to enlighten and warm the canvas.
All these colours remain hidden in my memory. Who steal my colour pencils. And when will one give them back to me?
The title (literally taking up "green", going to the "green") is an expression that means in french going to the countryside, enlarged meaning : going on holidays.
