In chaos and confusion, there's always hope.
I let authors speak about it , they 'll explain better than I'll do:
.
"A leader is a dealer in hope" Napoléon Bonaparte
Napoléon had many facets, but something you can't take away from him is that he was a great politician. Think to this quote, when you'll vote on November. Napoleon had get it all, in 7 words
“Learn from yesterday, live for today, hope for tomorrow" Albert Einstein
"Dum spiro, spero = While I breath , I hope" Latin proverb
"In the midst of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer." Albert Camus
"Keep your face to the sunshine and you cannot see the shadow.
It's what sunflowers do." Helen Keller
The pessimist sees difficulty in every opportunity. The optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty" Winston Churchill
Hope is a waking dream." Aristotle
"How far that little candle throws his beams! So shines a good deed in a weary world."Shakespeare
"Things never go so well that one should have no fear, and never so ill that one should have no hope." This one is a Turkish proverb dedicated to Müge
You can also pass a nice day watching other skies, as I'll do, connecting to Tom's blog at Welcome to Wiggers World. He gets the adresses.
Lots of thought to think about.

These skies are beautiful and the texts quite romantic ! It is a miracle that I don't have a stiff neck because I had always my nose in the sky it was so beautiful in Italy. I think I took pictures for a whole year now, lol !

RépondreSupprimerI actually have a great amount of admiration for Napoleon...If he had just stopped before that Russian campaign...hmmm. Of course I don't know your history as you do.
Oh, BTW, are you a tour de France follower??? I am somewhat enthralled by this race every year...even before Lance...My heart is in your nation today!
Blessings, E
