RUBY TUESDAY # 3

My participation to Ruby Tuesday.

I bring it from Italy, market of Ventimiglia, at the end of October.

Make your choice, there's a little bit of sun left in it.

  6. The tomatoes and red bell peppers look wonderful - I would cut those peppers in half and stuff them with a sausage stuffing and bake them. The tomatoes would be fine with a Gorgonzola dressing. The hot peppers...they look good, as long as they aren't too hot, that is!

  12. Italian vegetables are just the apex.
The all look so delicious, but from experience I'd choose the tomatoes any day.
Sweet smelling, good looking, and with a taste from sun and summer.

Oh, I am so tired of all those imported, good looking, but water tasting tomato lookalikes, one get to buy in Norwegian stores.

Next year I am planning to cultivate a few tomatoes in the hottest and dryest corner of my terrace.
That is at least my dream.
