I love this shot! It feels romantic.
I like the composition of this, and the misty distance.
It looks hazy and autumnal, Catherine. Nice picture.
Agree with Suz..beautiful romantic picture.
That's wonderful. Such great contrast and I agree with the comment above about the romantic feeling.
This is really speaking to me today. How I wish I was in this image right now. Atmospheric and so French.
That is romantic and magical!
I love how the Eiffel Tower was a little lighter. The contrast was so pretty. My monochrome entry is posted here. Have a great week ahead!
Weather is grey here, too. Great atmosphere in this beautiful photograph, Catherine. If I remember rightly, those trees are of the Tuileries gardens, aren't they?Have a nice week ahead!
this is indeed lovely!
Jolie aussi la tienne...
Quite a romantic mist is floating around! Lovely shot!
un beau b&w de notre tour eiffel, cela rend vraiment tres bien. Depart pour NYC le 19 decembre, tous les ans je m'offre une dizaine de jours dans ce qui est pour moi la plus belle ville du monde ;o)
That's pretty much what things looked like here on Saturday too. And Sunday for that matter. But there's something about the way the fog/mist softens things that's still appealing.
Great shot! I love the contrast between the dark foreground and the hazy background. Very nice!
there's a lovely, soft romantic feeling to this shot. Well captured..Vilebrequin..according to Wikipaedia there should be a store in Paris St Germain or you could buy online or on Ebay!
Similar look here now, too! Of course, without the Eiffel Tower. lol But I wish I were in France at any time of year. Now would be a great time to visit the art museums. :D
Impressive! I really like the way the haze adds a sense of mystery to the shot.
The juxtapositioning of the Eifel and the lamp post makes an excellent composition, Catherine. I like this photo very much.
